Basically run this without a command-line parameter to convert unitxt_unicode.txt into newunitxt.prs
How do you get unitxt_unicode.txt?
Just run the program with any command-line parameter and it will convert unitxt_j.prs into unitxt_unicode.txt
From reading the description I just typed, I'm sure you can guess what's new with the program.
(Yes, now it decompresses the original PRS for you... and also now outputs a unicode file instead of a non-unicode file...)
You can edit the unitxt_unicode.txt with Notepad.exe once it's exported and then, after you've made your changes, run the program again without a command line parameter to make a new .PRS file.
